How to make profit
Good Pizza, Great Pizza is a cooking and restaurant simulation game in which you run a pizzeria. Read this article to the end to find out how to make a profit in the game.
It's important to know how to manage your finances in the game, since you have a lot of expenses to pay to run your pizzeria. Indeed, with the cost of rent, which will be introduced at the start of Chapter 2, the cost of ingredients, the cost of new toppings, the cost of new upgrades as well as repairs or insecticides here and there, debts can mount very quickly. Not to mention the refunds you'll have to make to the customer if you get their order wrong.
* It's important to know that if, at the end of the day, you're in the negative, it means you've gone bankrupt and lost. You'll have to start the day all over again.
Here's how to make profit in Good Pizza, Great Pizza:
Always fix the lock: It's important to fix the lock of the pizzeria to avoid having money stolen. It's better to pay 30 Pizza Dollars to fix a lock than to lose 10% of profits the next day.
Help the homeless: You can simply offer them a basic pizza, or even just some baked dough! At some point, the homeless person will come back to thank you and even help you expand your pizzeria.
Complete all 3 ZaZoom mobile orders per day: Customers seem to pay more on ZaZoom and seem to tip better if you complete their mobile order quickly.
Avoid using the over booster: You'll have to pay 7 Pizza Dollars each time and it only lasts 120 seconds, so it's not really worth it.
Prioritize the purchase of new toppings: Don't spend on a manager who will take care of the ingredients for you too soon. Managers cost 500 Pizza Dollars each, which is very expensive. If you don't unlock all the ingredients, you'll have to turn down some orders from customers who ask for specific ingredients. So potential loss of money.
Calculate your toppings: Never cover the entire pizza with ingredients. Simply place a ring of 6 toppings in the center and 12 toppings near the edge of the pizza, as shown in the game tutorial. It's worth buying the Topping Guide at the start of the game to help you know where to place the toppings on the pizza.
Pay particular attention to customer orders: Avoid losing money by respecting customer requests. This can be done by looking at the invoice to remind yourself of the customer's order, or by looking at your recipe book to find out which ingredients to use according to the type of pizza ordered.
Be fast and efficient: The faster you are, the better your tip. You can see the state of the customer's patience by looking at the smiling man at the top left of your screen. Below 50%, the customer will become impatient.
Decorations: You can improve the decor of your pizzeria to get a better tip from customers.
