Condition : Complete the "A Baerer's Lot" quest
Crystalline Lifeline is a FFXVI side quest located in the Imperial Province of Roselia. Talk to Clark near Martha's Inn.
Now go to the mission marker under the bridge and get rid of all the crabs to take the crystal. Then return to Clark to complete this FFXVI quest.
