Dark Clouds Gather

In this Final Fantasy XVI walkthrough, we'll explain the full path of the "Dark Clouds Gather" quest from the Act II.

Now head for the Glaidemont Monastery, south-west of Martha's Rest;

Take the elevator back to the area and proceed to the wooden bridge to find Martha.

After your conversation, join the abbey and you'll face Black Shields. These enemies are more powerful than soldiers, but are all very close together, favoring group attacks like Ifrit's Ignition Charge, Phoenix's Scarlet Cyclone and Ramuh's Stack.

Once the fight is over, you'll get 287 EXP and 10 Reputation, as well as the accessory Garuda's Sigh: Rapacity and 60 Bloody Hides.

Before leaving, enter the house on the left of the abbey to complete the main quest.
