For Great Justice is a FFXVI side quest located in The Holy Empire of Sanbreque. Talk to Leon at Northreach's training ground to accept his quest. Talk to Quentin at the Lostwing and talk to the girl on the road south of the village.
Continue on your way to meet the Black Shields. After the battle, return to Quentin to complete this FF16 side quest.
