Condition: Talking to Cid in the quest "Righting Wrongs"
Needs of the Many is a FFXVI side quest located in Hideaway . Talk to Alban to start the quest.
Then head for the mission marker to speak with Quentin. After your conversation, head south out of the village to the mission marker.
Talk to Quentin's man and get rid of the goblins. Then examine the nearby corpse and return to Quentin to complete this FFXVI quest.
