Condition: In the quest "Letting Off Steam III"

Payback is a FFXVI side quest located in Clive's Den. Go and read Gaute's letter in your office and talk to him.

You'll then have to go and give crystals to Martha, Apolline and Lady Charon. Once the crystals have been given, return to Gaute to complete this FF16 quest and obtain the Cup of Cid, a new decorative item.
