Condition: Complete the quest "Cloak and dagger".
Rekindling the Flame is a FFXVI side quest located in the Imperial Province of Roselia. Go and talk to Martha in the inn.
Then talk to Wade in front of the building in front of the building. Now head for Lestange and get rid of all the enemies to fight the Double Gelato.
Once the fight is over, return to Martha to complete this FFXVI quest.
