You'll need to speak to Otto after you arrive. Also take the opportunity to visit Lady Charon and the blacksmith to get some new stock.
A new Notorious Mark, the Dread Comet, is also available on the hunt board. When you're ready, talk to Otto to complete this FFXVI quest.
