Under New Management

Condition: Finish the quest "Through the Maelstrom".

For Great Justice II is a FFXVI side quest located in The Holy Empire of Sanbreque. Talk to Isabelle in Northreach, then head for the Duke of Oriflamme.

Once the scene is over, go and see the various NPCs outside the walls and then inside the town. Then talk to Phillipe on the northern road and return to Apolline to complete this FF6 quest.
