Condition: During the quest "The Dame".
The Want Beyond The Wall is a FFXVI side quest located in the Holy Empire of Sanbreque. Talk to Etienne in Northreach and go to the market outside the walls;
Give Etienne's merchandise to the 3 vendors indicated by the mission marker. You will again receive the items you need to take to Etienne to complete the FF16 quest.
