Go to Professor Binns' classroom to start a cinematic. Follow Professor Binns down the corridor and bring up Grimbald Brode's Wizard's Field Guide page.
Take the steps on the other side to reach the room, then take Sire Delamare's page. Then return to the Professor to complete the Hogwarts Legacy side quest.
