According to the official Monster Hunter Now website, here are the details of the Halloween 2023 event.

For Halloween 2023, pumpkin lanterns will adorn the grounds, and we'll be introducing a special piece of equipment exclusive to Halloween: Jack's Head armor. This armor will enable you to acquire the Skill: Solidarity (Pumpkin Hunt) = Increases your attack power and that of your hunting companions when this skill is activated. If activated during the Halloween Pumpkin Hunt event, the effect is multiplied by 5!

But that's not all... From Saturday, October 28, the streets will be filled with Kulu-Ya-Ku holding pumpkin-shaped rocks! What's more, killing Kulu-Ya-Ku holding a pumpkin-shaped rock will reward you with pumpkin tickets!

From Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 9:00 am to Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm.

Event details :

  • Time-limited quests!

Halloween pumpkin hunt quests will be distributed. Complete quests that involve collecting special items or killing certain large monsters to receive pumpkin tickets that can be used to forge and upgrade your Jack's Head armor gear.

From Saturday, October 28, 2023, 9:00 a.m. to Tuesday, October 31, 2023, 11:59 p.m.

A quest to acquire the Halloween medal will be distributed. Complete it to receive the Halloween Pumpkin Hunt Medal!

Additional note

  • Event-based quests will be automatically available to HR11 hunters and above in the Special Quest tab in-game.
  • Kulu-Ya-Ku holding a pumpkin-shaped rock will appear for all hunters HR11 and above, whether or not they have completed the corresponding story quests.
  • Quests will be valid until 11:59pm on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Be sure to collect your quest rewards before this date.
  • All Kulu-Ya-Ku holding a pumpkin-shaped rock that have been marked by paintballs during the event will still be available for hunting (as Kulu-Ya-Ku holding a pumpkin-shaped rock) after the end of the event, and will still drop pumpkin tickets.
  • If you have used 70 Pumpkin Tickets to upgrade your Jack-o'-Head equipment, any further upgrades can only be made with normal materials.
