Inter-school cultural exchange
In this story guide for Pokémon Scarlet / Violet's The Teal Mask DLC, you'll find the complete Walkthrough to the "Inter-school cultural exchange" game, and the location of Trainers, Pokémon, TCs and items you'll encounter along the way.
After downloading the DLC, you'll need to progress through the story to receive a call from Professor Jacq suggesting a trip to Kitakami. Head to the academy's lobby to speak to Bria to begin the adventure.
She'll be joined by Professor Jacq, and they'll explain that the school trip will take place in the Unys region. You'll also get the Pokédex of Kitakami on your Motismart.
Once the conversation is over, talk to Briar again about leaving for the Kitakami region. Before leaving, she'll tell you about the Scarlet/Purple Book and Terapagos, a Pokémon that seems to be linked to teracrystals. Afterwards, you'll be sent to the game's new zone.
It's advisable to have a team of Pokémon of at least levels 55-60, as this adventure is scheduled to take place at the end of the original game. You'll encounter Pokémon and trainers with levels 50 and above.
When you arrive in the new area, it will be your responsibility to go to Mossui Town and inform the person in charge of the area of your arrival. This will be an opportunity for you to explore the surrounding area, where you may encounter several Pokémon including Yanma, Cutiefly, Poochyena, Corphish or Wooper. You'll find a cave behind the bus stop in which you'll find the CT 140.
Head north up the road into the rice paddies on the right to meet your first local trainer.

This trainer can be easily defeated with powerful Flight-type Pokémon against Surskit. To defeat Chingling, you can use an Insect, Spectre or Dark Pokémon.
Continue along the road to the right of the rice field towards town to meet another trainer you can fight. His Wooper is very weak against Herb-type attacks. Ekans will be weak against Ground and Psychic attacks.

You can continue to explore the rice fields, but it will be difficult to pick up all the items, as you won't be able to use Koraidon/Miraidon to move quickly and jump.
Before you enter the town, make sure your team is well groomed, as you'll immediately begin a battle with a new character.

Carmine's Poochyena Pokémon will easily lose out to Combat, Insect and Fairy attacks. Goupix will be very weak against Water, Rock and Ground attacks. Poltchageist, a new Pokémon in the DLC, will be weak against Fire, Dark and Spectre-type Pokémon.
After winning the battle, head to the Pokémon Center on your right. This one doesn't have the same structure as the Paldea region, and will be in the form of a booth with a woman inside.
Then enter the community center to start a cinematic. You can then speak to the receptionist if you wish to change your display options between the Pladea and Kitakami regions.
Head for the double doors to the north to get yourself to bed. The next morning, you'll be introduced to Carmine and her little brother Kieran. After getting the Roto-Stick for selfies, you'll need to talk to Kieran and Carmine in order to confront the little brother.

During this fight, Sentret will be very weak against Combat-type attacks. For her part, Yanma will be weak against attacks of the Fire, Electricity or Flight type.
After this fight, you'll get the quest marker for the first sign located west at Loyalty Plaza. On your way out of town via the west exit, talk to Perrin the photographer. She'll ask you to come and see her when you've captured 150 Pokémon in the Kitakami Pokedex. Be aware that many of Paldéa's Pokémon are listed in Kitakami's Pokédex.
