By playing Pokémon Sleep daily, you'll obtain ingredients from your Pokémon that will enable you to cook meals for Snorlax. There are 48 different dishes you can make in the game to strengthen Snorlax and move up in rank. By giving meals that Snorlax likes, you'll earn more points.

How to cook in Pokémon Sleep

You'll have the opportunity to prepare meals, desert and drinks for Snorlax three times a day. In the first few days, you'll only be able to use the automatic kitchen, which will make a meal for you with the Berries and Ingredient that your Support Pokémon have found. Once you've increased your rank, you'll be able to use the manual kitchen to choose the recipes you want to make.

How to improve the cooking pot in Pokémon Sleep?

Once you've found 35 different Sleep Styles, you'll be able to upgrade your pot, which could only hold 15 ingredients. It's also possible to use a Camping Ticket to enlarge the pot, or use Skills from certain Pokémon.
