Mountain Trail

In this Sea of Stars walkthrough, we'll take you through for this part of the game, in which you'll learn the mechanics of combat.

Once you've reached the mountain trail, you'll be quickly introduced to the mechanics of combat. For the moment, you can only attack the enemy. Skills are not yet unlocked. Since you're just starting out, you only need to attack 2 times to defeat the enemy.

Then head for the path on the right and climb up to continue along it. At a certain point you will be confronted by an enemy bull. Once the enemy has been defeated, you'll find that you're at a dead end. Return to Zale to build a campfire.

Roll down the ladder in front of you to create a shortcut and head for the left-hand path this time. Enter the cave, climb up and attack all the monsters inside. This time, your skills will be unlocked. These skills allow you to inflict more damage, but require magic points (pink bar). Leave the cave to join Zale.
