Chapter 3: When the explosive situation is brought under control thanks to Marvin's composure
In this guide to the main quests in Super Intern Story on PC, we'll review Chapter 3: When the explosive situation is brought under control thanks to Marvin's composure.
To begin the next level, head upstairs to the rooms. There you'll meet George in front of a red room, who will provide you with your 3rd costume. Once changed, enter the level.
Prepare barrels and rooms
Talk to Phil, who will give you instructions a little later. In this level, you'll have to prepare barrels by filling them with oil. Then heat them up and place them in the rooms. You'll have to perform several tasks at the same time, so coordination and speed will be your best assets.
In the main room, you'll see 3 screens displaying each of the 3 rooms. You'll need to follow the commands for each room. The more you follow the commands for each room, the more points you'll receive at the end of the level. Use the 3 tubes on the floor to navigate to the corresponding room.
You'll also need to clear the rooms once the barrels have exploded after the hero has passed through. To be able to reuse the room for the next hero, make sure you clean it thoroughly. To do this, use the water pump, which you'll also need to refill when it empties. Simply drop the pump into the water to Phil's left.
Rules given by the boss:
- The usual rules about dropping items and not killing the hero apply... But you're a bigger monster now, so these are just suggestions for you.
- You need to put something in the chests.
- Note also that Borbopopo cannot jump in front of the hero.
Phase 1
Once all the rooms have been prepared (we recommend that you prepare the barrels in advance, so that you're ready to place them in the required room straight away), press the button on Phil's left. Fill the chests and place the barrels in the rooms as ordered.
Phase 2
Repeat the same process, following each of the commands for the corresponding rooms. This time, Phil will ask you to complete at least 6 tasks, which you have 3 minutes to complete.
Phase 3
For phase 3, you'll have the option of changing the layout of the rooms to suit the needs of incoming orders. Go to the computer screens to change the layout to suit the needs of each room. Once all the indications for each room have been respected, Phil will have to leave and you'll be left to manage the factory on your own.
You then have the option of staying or going home. In our case, we decided to stay and prepare the orders so as not to get fired. Then continue with the same process as before.
Phase 4
For phase 4, another caterpillar will help you. For this phase, you'll need to fill large chests (same concept as previous levels with large chests). Lower the seal on the left to collect the treasure and place it in the large chest.
Before starting the level, you'll once again need to change the layout to suit the needs of each room. Once you've followed all the instructions for each room, press the button on the left and repeat the same process as before.
Phase 5
For phase 5, you'll be introduced to nuclear barrels. To receive nuclear barrels, ring the bell in the top right-hand corner while throwing an object; you can throw an object by pressing the corresponding key. Unlike barrels, nuclear barrels must be heated and quickly placed in the water or in the room (in the corresponding location), otherwise they will explode and you will have to clean them up.
For this phase, you'll have several tasks to do at once, since you now have to make nuclear barrels in addition to normal barrels and other usual tasks.
Phase 6
Suddenly there's an accident: a caterpillar has set the oil pump on fire! You've got one more task! You'll have to continue the process while extinguishing the fire when it breaks out around the oil pump. Keep an eye on it, as the fire breaks out several times during this phase. Use the water pump to remove the fire, and refill the pump as soon as it's empty!
Once you've followed all the instructions for each room, press the button on the left and repeat the same process as in the previous phases.
If you manage to score at least 1,000 points by completing as many orders as possible during the factory session, you'll receive an achievement!
Once this phase is complete, Phil will return and the level will be finished. As a reward for completing this level, you'll receive Borbopopo's costume. Return to the office using the tube on the left of the room.
