How to obtain star fragments?

Same principle as the gift balloons, when a shooting star passes overhead, you'll hear a high-pitched sound. Look up at the sky right away and press A when you see the shooting star on your screen to make a wish. Repeat this process every time you hear the sound of a shooting star, and you'll receive star fragments according to the number of wishes you make in an evening.

3. Collect Star Fragments

The next day, go to the beach on your island and look for star fragments washed up on the sand. Star fragments appear as glittering stars and can be collected by pressing Y. Be sure to collect them as soon as you spot them, as they disappear at the end of the day.

4. Use Star Fragments

• Fragments of large stars are much rarer to obtain than star fragments.
• It seems to have a limit of around 20 star fragments per day.
