Blacksmith's Blues III is a FFXVI side quest located in Clive's Den. Talk to Auguste in the lair and go and see BlackthorneIl.

Now go and see the two men outside the main gate of the village of Dravost in the Dalmatian region.

Now go and talk to Zoltan, then return to Blackthorne. You'll need to eliminate a Salamander with the mission marker to take its skin.

Once you have the skin in hand, hand over the materials to Blackthorne. Return to the lair to receive the manufacturing plans for the Ouroboros Design Draft.
