Have you ever noticed the screen turning redder and redder, and suddenly seeing a cinematic? This is perfectly normal!

The cinematic in which Princess Zelda mentions the Blood Moon is a way of letting you know that all the resources you've collected can be collected again. Indeed, it's a mechanic that will allow you to re-collect rare resources such as rough diamonds, weapons, cooking resources and more.

• The blood moon occurs approximately every 168 minutes.
• The blood moon occurs every 7 days of gameplay.
• The blood moon occurs when you have defeated the vast majority of enemies in the kingdom of Hyrule.
