Find the Fifth Sage

In this walkthrough for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, we'll give you the complete tutorial for the main quest: Find the Fifth Sage.

Once you've completed the main quest: Crisis at Hyrule Castle - Part 2 and defeated the Phantom Ganon, head to the Lookout Standing to discuss your discovery with Pru'ha and the others.

Pru'ha will inform you that there's still another Sage to meet. You'll need to inspect the site of large older ruins. If you've been paying attention, Pru'ha has often mentioned wanting to conduct research at Kakariko Village. This may be a clue to the  site of large older ruins.

Head for Kakariko Village, accessible from the Sahasla Plain Tower or via the Makasura Shrine if you have already completed this Shrine. From the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower, head east to Kakariko Village.

You'll pass an arch, at one point you'll pass some leaves on the edge of the mountain, burn the leaves to reveal a chest and open it to receive an Amber. Continue straight ahead to reach Kakariko Village.

Once you've arrived at Kakariko Village, chat with the various characters present to unlock missions including: A Trip Through History or head straight for Tauro and Chief Paya, located at the far end of the village in front of a round pillar.

Talk to Tauro and Chief Paya to trigger a series of main quests including: Secret of the Ring Ruins and Guidance from Ages Past.
