Ihen-a Shrine
In this Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom shrine guide, we'll give you the complete solution for the Ihen-a Shrine, with all the puzzles and chests you'll come across.
You'll normally find this Shrine when you complete the main quest: Sidon of the Zora. In fact, the Shrine is located in the Mipha Court at the top of the Ploymous Mountain, which is where Sidon is.
Once in front of the entrance to the Shrine, throw a Splash Fruit at the sludge blocking the entrance, then activate the magic circle to enter and be able to teleport there next time.
Inside, head for the green structures. Use the Ultrahand ability to create a staircase with these green structures and progress to the next stage. In the next room, use the Ultrahand ability again to glue the green structure to the one on the floor to create a bridge and cross to the other side. Once on the other side, use the platform you've just created to climb up to the next platform.
When you reach the next room, you'll see floating green structures, a sphere and an orange cone. To retrieve the chest, simply use the floating green structures to climb to the top of the platform. You can place a floating green structure in front of the chest and use the Ascend ability to find yourself in front of the chest. Open it to receive 5 Arrows.
To progress, you need to project a sphere to the other side. To do this, place a floating green platform in front of the projector (see image below) and stick the sphere onto the floating platform. Hit the orange cone to project the sphere to the other side. Then use the floating green platforms to get to the other side.
Once on the other side, place the sphere on the floor to unlock the door and receive a Light of Blessing.
Try to complete as many Shrines as possible in order to receive all the Light of Blessing and accumulate as many Heart Receptacles as possible or Stamina from the goddess statue.
