Mired in Muck

In this Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom side quest guide, we'll give you the complete tutorial for the side quest: Mired in Muck.

Head for the Lanayru Great Spring region, located to the east of Zora's Domain. You'll normally unlock this mission during the main quest: Regional Phenomena - Part 4: To Zora's Domain, as you're currently investigating the third region.

This mission is triggered by a conversation with Bazz, the captain of the Zora's Domain guard, who appears to be covered in sludge on the ground. Simply throw a Splash Fruit (which can be found nearby on small trees) at the surrounding sludge. 

Once Bazz is free of the sludge, chat with him once more to receive a Zora Spear as a reward. This concludes the side quest: Mired in Muck.
