Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - Joku-u Shrine

You'll find this Shrine located on The Dragonhead Island, the place you'll visit when you complete the main quest: The Secret of the Ring Ruins. To reach this Shrine, you'll have to cross the entire Thunderhead Isles. Once in front of the Shrine entrance, activate the magic circle to enter and be able to teleport to this location next time.
