How to meet Leif and his rewards

Leif is the expert on tree, plants and vegetables in this version of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. In this guide about Leif, we'll explain how to meet him and the rewards he can give you.

Leif appears once a week in your village. He sells trees, bushes, plants and seeds for growing vegetables. He also buys weeds for 20 bells each, and even offers services to remove all the weeds in your village for the sum of 100,000 bells. 

When you meet Leif in your village, here's what he offers:

• Tree sprouts
• Bush shoots
• Vegetable seeds
• Buy your weeds for 20 bells each
• Weeding service: Grass clippings land in your recycling box the next day (located in the residents' service office). The service costs 100,000 bells.

* Some sprouts will only appear during a specific season. Tree sprouts take 4 days to flower after planting.

It's important to know that you can also unlock Leif's business on Harvey's Island for 100,000 bells. You'll find the same services there, and you'll be able to find him at any time!

When you buy vegetables from Leif at least once a day for 3 days, he'll send the vegetable basket construction plan to your mailbox.
