In this guide to the main story of Pinkmin 4 on Nintendo Switch, we'll review the game's tutorial.

Upon opening the game, you'll immediately be introduced to a cinematic that triggers to introduce you to the world of Pikmin. Immediately afterwards, a tutorial will appear in which you'll have to complete various tasks to understand the game's mechanics a little better. 

How to move around

First of all, you'll need to find the Pikmins scattered around the room. Move around using Stick de gauche and observe your surroundings using Stick de droite. To flip the camera in front of you, press ZR. 

How to destroy obstacles

You'll also learn how to destroy objects to clear the way, for example. Simply mount the dog and hold X to charge, aim at the target and release to destroy the object.

How to call back Pikmins

To call the Pikmins back to you, simply press B and get close enough to the Pikmins to call them back.

Walk around the room and use the fans as needed to climb up. As you ascend, you'll come face to face with a quilting pig. Once all the quills are out, take advantage of this moment of weakness to charge at the enemy with X. Repeat to free all the Pikmins and receive a coin.

Once the enemy has been defeated, you'll receive the Interstellar Radio from Captain Olimar's ship to send a rescue message to the rescuers. However, the rescuers are also lost! It's up to you to save the crew - you're the last hope! Then create your own character and begin your adventure in Pikmin 4!

Once the enemy has been defeated, the tutorial is complete. And so the Tutorial comes to an end, making way for your next mission in Pikmin 4: Save the rescue team.
